  • Catering

    Tasting the wonders of the local food is also part of the qualitative experience. We provide continuous catering service with fresh and tasty local products from the moment our clients walk in until they leave our facilities. We accommodate special dietary needs, such as vegetarian, vegan and low carb, among others.

  • Videostreaming

    State-of-the-art videostreaming services are available in our viewing facilities.

  • Recording

    Our A/V technician is always present to ensure perfect recording of sessions. We own state-of-the-art A/V equipment so our clients can obtain recordings in most commercial formats, such as DVD, VHS, CD, etc.


  • Simultaneous translation

    Our sound-proof meeting rooms are equipped with highly sensitive microphones consistently praised by the simultaneous translators who work in our facilities. We work with a pool of experienced interpreters in various languages and specialties such as pharma, marketing, financial or hi-tech.

  • Other services

    We understand that there is more to qualitative research than just participants and moderators. Our facilities are equipped with fax, photocopier, laser (color) printers, projectors, laptops, monitors, flipcharts, pinboards and all types of stationary.

    We also provide reception services, note taking, restaurant booking and many other additional services upon request to ensure our clients' needs are efficiently catered for.

  • Indoor Lounge

    Small private room ideal for meetings or conference calls in between sessions. It can also be used as a quiet space to relax or as a storage space for luggage.

  • Outdoor Lounge

    Our Mediterranean weather offers the possibility for our clients to relax in our terrace, where they can chat in between sessions, smoke, make phone calls, have something to eat or drink while enjoying nice views of the city.

  • Kitchenette

    Convenient space where we prepare catering for clients and stimuli for participants, including cooked food.
