We still don’t run a supermarket, but sometimes our offices are filled with almost as many products as one would expect to find in a supermarket. As a matter of fact, we are experts at replicating supermarket shelves both for quantitative studies (hall tests) and qualitative studies (focus groups). We have an expert shopper who is able to find virtually any product that is currently sold in Spain

We are hall test masters, so not only do we display products so they can be tested by respondents, but we often prepare them so they can be tasted. Cold or hot, seasoned or plain, cooked or reheated, mixed or stirred… after we purchase them, we can serve them in any way you need! When we handle test products, we use gloves, aprons, hairnets, pots, pans, tongs, knifes, forks, cups, bowls and thermometers to make sure they are served the right way to each and every respondent.

One of our FMCG fieldwork specialties are eye-tracking studies, insofar as we are familiar with the equipment and its operation, so we can easily set-it up whenever and wherever is needed. Similarly, we can also replicate a section of a supermarket and convert it into a shopper lab by means of the best available tracking technology.

Moreover, our recruitment team is experienced with complex interlocking quotas and our interviewing team is experienced with high volume hall tests, leading to high productivity, faster timings and obviously lower fieldwork costs.
